CUSTOM FURNITURE MADE SIMPLE

Every piece is designed and built to suit your space, your needs, and your style, with a process that takes you from your first idea through to final delivery in a clear, straightforward, and tailored way.

1. Get in touch

Send through your idea, reference photos, dimensions, or even just a rough concept.

Not sure exactly what you want yet?
That’s completely fine, I’ll help you refine it into something that works both visually and practically.

2. Design & quote (within 24 to 48 hours)

You’ll receive a tailored design proposal with:

  • Dimensions
  • Material options
  • Finish options
  • Pricing

We can go back and forth to fine-tune details until everything feels right.

3. Approval & deposit

Once you’re happy with the design, a 50% deposit secures your spot in the schedule. From here, your piece moves into production.

4. Built in the workshop (3–6 weeks)

Your piece is handcrafted in Melbourne using carefully selected timber and finishes designed to last.

Each build is approached with attention to structure and durability, clean proportions and natural grain and detail.

No shortcuts, no rushed work.

5. Pickup or delivery

Once complete, you can pick up your piece or have it delivered within Melbourne. Everything is prepared so it fits seamlessly into your space from day one.

WHAT TO EXPECT

PROCESS & PAYMENTS

Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure your project and begin production.

Final payment
The remaining balance is due once your piece is complete and ready for pickup or delivery.

Design changes
Once a design has been approved and production has started, any changes may affect timelines. I’ll always let you know beforehand so you can decide what works best.

Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has begun. If anything comes up before that, I’ll do my best to work something out with you.

TIMELINES & COMMUNICATION

Lead time
Lead times begin once your project is confirmed and the deposit has been received.

Timelines
I always aim to meet estimated timeframes. If anything changes due to materials or unforeseen factors, you’ll be kept updated throughout the process.

Communication
While I may not respond immediately during workshop hours, I’ll always get back to you as soon as I can, usually within 1–2 business days.

MATERIALS & DELIVERY

Natural timber variations
Timber is a natural material, so variations in grain, colour, knots, and small imperfections are to be expected. These are not defects, but part of what makes each piece unique. No two pieces will ever look exactly the same, and that’s part of the appeal.

Timber availability
Timber options are subject to availability. If your preferred option isn’t available, I’ll suggest the closest alternative.

Pickup & delivery
Pickup is available in Point Cook. Delivery is available across Melbourne.

Shipping
Most pieces are built as solid structures and are not suited for standard shipping. If you’re located elsewhere in Australia, feel free to reach out and I can provide a tailored shipping quote where possible.
